Scenario (1): During the operation of the viscosity meter, the VISIPRO software reports an error

Please first check if the liquid level of the silicone oil in the oil bath is low. If the liquid level is low, please add silicone oil. If the liquid level is normal, please check if the test voltage is stable and meets the requirements for instrument operation.

Scenario (2): Sampling malfunction

If there is an air compressor, please check if the air pressure valve is open. If it still cannot work normally after opening, check whether the vacuum pump pressure is normal.

If the sample or cleaning solvent cannot be properly extracted to the testing position, please contact the engineer for assistance in adjusting the vacuum pressure. Do not operate on your own.

Scenario (3): Viscometer test fails to produce results or results are abnormal

Please calibrate the sensor sensitivity. If this is the first time performing this operation, please contact the engineer for guidance.

Scenario (4): The viscometer cannot be cleaned

Firstly, check if the solvent pump is turned on and if there is sufficient solvent remaining. If it is normal, please check the waste liquid device.

It is necessary to check whether the waste collection bottle has sufficient recycling space. If the space is insufficient, please empty it and tighten the waste bottle. If there is sufficient space and the waste liquid bottle cannot be cleaned properly after tightening, please contact the engineer to diagnose whether there is an abnormality due to damaged accessories.
